We are accepting custom submissions via our email: cirquellcuriosities@gmail.com! Submission emails will be looked at on April 9th. Submissions will close on April 11, 2026 at 11:59pm! April 12th we will be emailing winners and filling slots. We will be taking on a queue of 5 artist choice commissions with the aim to have them completed by September 30th or sooner. We’re aiming for sooner but will be working on these while fulfilling Kickstarter orders. Slots are considered filled after design are finalized and first/full payment has been made. 2 month payment plan available and payments are required to be paid fully by June 30th at the latest.

We will choose the designs we are most interested in taking primarily based on our interest in the design itself.
This round we have limited the custom options to modifications we already have made to our goats, organized in new combinations and colorways. This means we will not be patterning something completely new like a different tail, body pattern, or wing type. Luckily our add-on mods are extremely extensive and should fit most needs. This is to keep our turn around time down. Custom embroidery is okay however.
If you have an idea that falls outside of these parameters and simply are set on asking, include a design without the new mod that you would be happy with and a second picture with the new mod included. Please have the understanding that the response will most likely be no. A higher quote offer or a mod that is easily reusable on future designs is more likely to peak our interest. Please note that if we do choose to make a new mod, the turnaround time will be extended.

Below is lineart that you may use to present your concept. We recommend uploading into your favorite art program and setting the layer to multiply so you can color under the lineart. You can also print it out and color it by hand then send us a photo or scan.
We are open to the concept of an artistic liberty commission based on a theme/mood board too. If you go with this option, please include a budget and any mods you are partial to being included. Azrael especially loves the artistic liberty submissions!
Below is a form that you need to fill out with material choice codes as well as add-on mods. This must be sent along with your visual representation. If you aren’t artistic (or able to give it a try) to use the lineart then you can use the form with as much description as possible.
Email us the colored lineart, form, and any other resources or descriptions you feel are important to include to represent your idea to cirquellcuriosities@gmail.com. You may send us screenshots of previous goats that have the mods you would like to use on your own. We recommend going through our gallery to get ideas.
We have an add-on price list with current mods and how much they are to add to your design. Add these mod prices to the base price of $850 to find your quote. Please note that custom embroidery might change this price. You must include your monetary offer, same or higher than the quote, in the original email. If you have any quote questions feel free to ask us.
We have gotten requests to stuff special items, bells, or crystals into custom goats. If you have an item like a charm or something important you want put into your goat you can ship it to us. The shipping to us is an additional cost you handle. We have bells that can be put into the body, head, or tail puff. If you want a crystal we will talk about what kind and we can either pick that up locally to us or ship one to us. The add-on cost of an item depends on what it is. All requests and shipped items must be approved. When completed we will send a video of the item or crystal being put in. Items will be permanently in the goat and inaccessible after completion.
Here is an example of how to self quote:
Base price ($850) + full striped horns ($120) + spots ($80) +one pair of feathered wings ($200) = $1,250 minimum offer plus shipping.

Payments are made through Paypal which takes all major debit and credit cards. You may pay all at once or take on a payment plan. 2 month payment plan available and payments are required to be paid fully by June 30th at the latest. Payments are made through Paypal in one “pay as you go” styled invoice. Partial payments can be made until the total amount is fully paid off.
We usually break payments up equally between the number of payments you would like to make (weekly, monthly, etc) and the length of the payment plan. A first payment of $500 is due immediately to claim the slot. We are flexible as long as we know roughly when we will be paid. (See terms and conditions at the bottom of the page for more info)
An alternative to the payment plan is if you are approved through PayPal for a "Buy Now, Pay Later" plan when you receive our invoice. If you opt for that route then it will do a soft credit check and offers a 3-12 month plan with with interest depending on qualifications. Please keep in mind that the "Buy Now, Pay Later" option is a deal between you and PayPal, we have no part in that plan! Do not rely on this option as many factors effect your eligibility.
All payments must be fully paid for before we ship out the goat. All payments are NON REFUNDABLE! This is to a fee to hold your spot and also to insure that we have protection once we start putting in work. If you run into a financial crisis and worry you will not be able to pay on time, let us know. We are willing to work with you.
Shipping will be added on as extra.

We are looking for new creative colorways and inspirations. We will never duplicate existing designs to keep every demon completely one of a kind.
We especially enjoy designs based on duality, mythology, nature, and LGBTQ+. Azrael loves working with artistic liberty submissions. Black goat customs will be allowed for this round of slots.
We are not interested in making fanart of licensed characters and it has to be really good to be considered. If for some reason a fanart submission is accepted it cannot have any copyrighted symbols.
If you want a goat based on your original character or fursona, please keep limitations in mind as it will likely not be possible to duplicate all of the details perfectly under the current menu style limitations. Make sure the design can stand on its own for its best chance of getting picked.
Following directions and the form is the best way of increasing your chances of getting picked! If you submit a design with a body pattern we don’t already have you must include an alternate without! We’re less likely to pick goats with new patterns at this time. If you have questions feel free to ask.

Yes! You can submit multiple designs if you have more than one idea and not sure which you think will be picked. We ask that you put all of the submissions into one email chain so we can keep things organized. Multiple replies to the chain are okay. If you submit multiples, you can let us know your favorites of the bunch so we can consider that in our choice. When we pick one as a winner we won’t change to another one of your submissions after securing the slot for any reason. If there is discourse with this then you lose the slot. Make sure you are comfortable with any of your submissions getting picked before emailing multiples!

We are getting a lot of submissions so don’t worry if you haven’t heard back from us. This is not a bad sign. This either means we don’t see any major feasibility issues that need to be addressed to create your design or we are not interested in moving forward with the design at this time. This method of customs collections is experimental, so we don’t know if we will be able to contact every single person this round.

No. There will not be progress pictures sent or photo updates upon request. Unfortunately, progress pictures in the past were used as theft in an attempt to replicate our goat pattern without permission. The only pictures that will be shown in the fully completed face, wings, and unstuffed pelt. Completed stuffed commission photos will be sent before shipping.

Most requests, no. It’s up to our discretion if we accept the changes or not after finalization. We do all of the prep work of cutting and embroidery in the beginning. When multiple commissions are taken at once this step is batched and they are all prepped together.

This graphic is used to design and color your goat for customs submissions to Cirquell Curiosites. Any other use isn’t permitted!
Limitations
There are a few hard limitations we must follow. All other limitations are included in each fabric chart section.
Nose ring and forehead eye or design is mandatory.
Drips and skeletons must have a main body made out of teddy. No exceptions.
We deny most (if not all) requests for embroidery on the socks. We don’t embroider on the socks unless you purposefully want a pitted barely visible look. We cannot trim the socks like we do the faces so embroidery is less obvious and sinks in. Pitted embroidery looks off but works for some concepts (Pestilence custom as an example).
The only sock embroidery exception is if you want minky applique on the socks as shown on the skeleton.
No embroidery on the body.
No embroidery on metallic spandex horns/hooves.
No “Egyptian” wings or wings with designs on the primary feather tips. This requires a hoop change and we’re not interested in that right now (again unless you present an offer we cannot refuse).
Absolutely no velvet! We have discontinued using velvet since it’s working process posed a health hazard.

Material Options
All screens show colors differently depending on the device’s color gamut range. We work on gaming laptops that have a high color gamut so I have tried to get these swatches as accurate as I can. Few swatches still aren’t accurate to real life color though. For example A2 is more like traffic cone orange. If you have questions about color feel free to ask. If you pick fabrics we think are off we will let you know and work from there.
Purples are notorious for being difficult to display accurately on screens. Especially with multiple purple fabrics this is evident when their hue ranges clash. This has happened with most of the purple customs more than any other color. If we believe colors selected clash with the physical furs we will email you with suggestions.

Special order fabric is $15-$60 per fabrics we don’t have on hand. Some can be $50+ if they are international shipping to the US. There is a chance a fabric picked is out of stock and unable to be restocked. If this happens we will let you know quickly and work with you to find an alternative.
Body fur must be selected from only specialty, shag, or teddy (sections A or B). Some of those materials might not work well together depending on varying textures and lengths. We will let you know if we think your selections will clash.
Specialty fur vary in texture. They are about the same length as shag. Fox are not as plush and soft as the shag, but they are incredibly beautiful and high quality with guard hairs.

Hooves and horns are made from only minky, suede, or metallic spandex. We strongly prefer using minky and only suggest using suede if you are looking for a very particular look or it fits better with your theme.
Nose ring is mandatory. Unfortunately rainbow rings are out of stock right now.
For eyes and forehead/ wing patterns please color them however you like and we will color match it with the closest thread available. Specialty threads are able to be used too. Be aware that these specialty threads can clash if over used together. We will let you know if it doesn’t works and ask for an alternative. The main eye color cannot be split between metallic and glow threads.

You must be 18+ to order or you may have someone 18+ pay on your behalf.
All payments are made through PayPal. We will be accepting payment plans up to 2 MONTHS. A first payment of $500 is due upfront within 24 hours of confirming your commission.
Please be aware that all PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. This is to protect our time investment in work and the holding of the item. If you need an extension on your payment plan, we are happy to work with you as long as we hear back from you.
Failure to complete all payments within the agreed upon window without customer communication (ghosted) will result in the re-sale of your plush and you will receive nothing. We will make multiple attempts to contact you if your payments are running over the timeframe, but will consider ourselves ghosted if this goes on for more than a month.
We will send a confirmation email when your commission is finished to show you the results and to confirm your address. Failure to hear back from you within 6 months will result in resale of your goat. There will be no reimbursement!
We will only ship your goat once your invoice is fully paid for.
We are located in the US and can ship internationally. We do NOT collect any VAT or import taxes. Please be aware of these extra costs when receiving your package if applicable in your country.
Shipping is paid by the commissioner. Shipping is calculated based on your location and added to the total price. It can range from $15-$40 USD domestic (US) and $50-$100 ($125 AUS) USD international. All packages are sent USPS Priority with tracking. We can insure packages at an additional cost.
All sales are FINAL and we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason! We reserve the right to refuse anyone and will add to our black list if need be!
